Customer service could be improved. Bob speaks very quickly and often does not leave much opportunity for conversation. He came across as irritated when I requested certain items, despite my polite approach. When I asked for a diagnostic sheet, he seemed frustrated and stated that the code was all I needed. While that may be the case, the explanation could have been communicated better. This may simply be his communication style, but it felt off-putting. The work on my car was satisfactory; however, for future service, I would likely choose a shop with stronger customer service.

Thank you Bob for your integrity! You are nice and pleasant!! Same as Mike and Cody. I was shopping around and checked a few tire places, Bob is the only one that gives me the out the door price! And really look at my tires and take his time and explain to me patiently what I should do. Each estimate I got was missing tax, or other things needed to be done in my car. Let me save you the time of search as I already did it for you I promise!! Whatever you need for your car as long as they provide the service you should go with them. Their prices are very reasonably competitive another thing that is really important is the service and honesty. Highly recommend. Thank you for your great service!!

Fist time using Oades and was very happy. A friend recommended them as we were looking for a new mechanic. Brought it in to the heat fixed and fuel sensor as well as checking everything else over. Got exactly what I wanted and when I picked the truck up and found that the heat had stopped working again, I called and they said to bring it back, within a few hours they got it working again with no extra charge for taking another look at it. Will definitely be coming back.
