UPDATE: Official Auctions contacted me and completly fixed the situation. Although they were not responsible for the damage, they took it upon themselves to make things right and worked with the tow lot to get the situation resolved. Great people. Thank you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company is suspect. I purchased a vehicle at the July auction and when I picked it up, it had additional damage that was clearly not there the week prior at the preview. I sent photos documenting the problem and they didn't even respond. Very disappointing.

Sketchy auction, definitely rigged. Could guarantee the people who work there are having advantage over us auctioneers. Right when auction for a truck was ending. My PC lagged and stopped completely working. I have a custom high end pc build with 1gbps internet speed and my pc for the first time ever just crashed. Nothing on my keyboard worked, my mouse stopped working, some may say that the website just had too many people on it, but my own pc outside of internet didnt work, my windows key didnt. ctrl alt delete didnt work. this is not an unprepared situation. This is not a coincidence, because after that auction ended. I went on another car that I bid on that was ending, and my pc crashed again. after those auctions ended, my pc was back to normal. Another situation was someone pulled a hit rental car last minute. I know how to fix cars and for the price that it was and the parts i would have to buy. I could easily sell car for 10k profit. No way enterprise wanted that car last minute. someone had to snatch it for themselves. This was my first time trying to be their customer and literally blown away with dissapointment. Someone needs to do something about this or just get them out of business
