On Sunday morning I had a front tractor tire go flat no one sells tubes anymore. The wonderful people working at the store went above and beyond to help me by patching the tube. Thank you very much. They have the best service in Beaver Dam.

I love going to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Beaver Dam. The guys and gals in there are very knowledgeable about vehicles. And if they aren't sure about something, they will ask questions and find out for you. Patrick, Shawn, James, Tim, and Kim are awesome. I have never had a problem at all. And even if I call a car part by a different name, one of them usually knows exactly what I'm talking about and gets me the correct part. If they have to order a part for me, it comes in in a very timely manner and is usually there when they say it will be. And if I happen to make a mistake and get the wrong part, they will take care of it and get me the right one and not get upset over my mistake. I would highly recommend this O'Reilly Auto Parts to anyone who is looking for parts. And not just parts to make it run either, they also have great quality lights, light bars, radios, speakers, etc. Great place to shop and great customer service. Outstanding. Keep up the great work!!
