5 Star plus Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a blowout on 165 about 30 minutes from BG. He took us to the tire store in BG then to a hotel and offer to take us to dinner. His fee was very reasonable. Thanks Brandon for all the help!!

Mr. Brandon Thomas the owner of this business is more than just a businessman, he's a gentleman and a person who goes 110% out of his way to assist a traveling stranger in need. I'm currently traveling around the country and as I was passing through Hartford, KY, my vehicle broke down. Luckily for me, someone called Main Street Towing on my behalf. Mr. Thomas arrived within minutes and tried numerous things to get my vehicle started. With no luck, I needed to call the Road Side Assistance of the manufacturer of my brand new 2022 vehicle to get authorization for a tow. After being on the phone nearly 1.5 hours with Roadside Assistance looking for a Dealer that would accept my vehicle, Mr. Thomas waited right there with me in the 90+ degree weather. In fact he even took it upon himself to call people he knows on my behalf at local Dealerships to see if they would assist me. After finding a dealer 60 miles away that would accept my vehicle the next day, Mr Thomas towed my vehicle to a safe location for the night and said he would return at 8:00 am the next morning to tow my vehicle to the dealer. The next morning Mr. Thomas was true to his word and returned at 8:00 am. Not knowing how long it would take to fix my vehicle and how I would travel the 60 miles to pick it up once repaired, he actually offed to drive me the 60 miles to pick up my vehicle in the event I was not able to secure transportation. What we need in America today is more people like Mr. Brandon Thomas. Thank you Sir! Your assistance and kindness was greatly appreciated.

Brandon was very helpful and thorough in taking his time to pull my car out of a deep ditch that could have caused more damage to the vehicle if he had not taken his time and analyzed the situation with my father to determine the best outcome.
