We got stuck on the side of the road in Kentucky and On Duty Wrecker Service showed up fast and handled everything smoothly. Way more than just a tow — he helped us out with multiple things and even offered to stop and grab us food before dropping us off at the hotel, which says a lot. Super professional, efficient, and honestly just a good person to deal with in a stressful situation. Pricing was very reasonable too, especially compared to other services. Easily a 5-star experience and better than any towing service I’ve used before.

While traveling through Smiths Grove 6/29/25 on a long road trip we got a flat on one of our Motorcycles. After other calls for service we unsuccessful, I happened across David while he was completing another tow service. When he completed that tow he rushed over to assist us. David took extreme care with loading, strapping down and transporting our bike to the nearest Harley Davidson dealership and dropping off our luggage from that bike at the hotel we secured for the night. To my pleasant surprise, David called yesterday to ensure we were able to get a new tire installed, back on the road and home from our long road trim safely.
