BEWARE.. If you want your vehicle repaired by a reputable body shop, DO NOT take it to Falcon. My car got hit by a rolling tire on the interstate in April and as a recommendation I went with Falcon. HUGE mistake! I had front end damage to grill area and trim around tire fenders plus radiator area and AC area. There was absolutely NO side damage. It took over a month to get my car back, without one of the foglight covers, with trim damage still on both fenders, with an unfinished paint job that had pit marks, FOR A PAINT JOB THAT WAS NOT REQUIRED! They allowed dogs to be running thru my vehicle with dog prints, dirt and hair everywhere in the backseat and back area of car. I had to take it in numerous times TRYING to get the trim fixed, still NOT fixed properly. When I took it back the final time it was to fix the trim and he was going to fix the paint job for the pitted area THAT WAS NEVER NEEDED TO BEGIN WITH. It wasn't ready in the timeframe he told me it would be and when I told him finally I would be picking up and asked if trim was done, he said he was going to charge $2000 more to the person that paid and if I wanted trim fixed then he would charge me for anything extra. The trim was part of the original repair that was NEVER fixed. The paint job is crap and still pitted and he left a paintdrip on driver side. He didn't want to give me my car until more was paid and I said I was picking my car up, period. He had numerous reasons and excuses as to why things weren't done correctly; an employee who was stealing, employees who didn't speak English and didn't understand when we talked about the trim needing fixed. The side fenders don't line up tightly, the trim isn't tight, total disaster. Also found out that the splash shield underneath was never replaced or repaired, had to order new and have Valvoline put on as it finally came loose and just dragged under the car. I was told, because I was very upset and wanted my car repaired the right way, was that I was the worse customer he had ever had. Explained to him that he wouldn't be happy if someone repaired his Charger the way my vehicle was repaired, and that was why I was the meanest, bitchy and worse customer. I still have to have the front end all removed and replaced correctly, but it will be done by someone who KNOWS what they are doing. FALCON DOES NOT! IF YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE, BE PREPARED FOR A CRAPPY JOB!!!!

Falcon Auto Body is a great shop run by good people who treat their customers well. While road-tripping from Texas to Ohio I ran into serpentine belt issues and needed a quick fix late on a Saturday night. While most places had closed early, Soran at Falco Auto answered our call and were able to quickly fix the broken belt and get us on our way. Great customer service and great experience! Highly recommend Falcon Auto.
