I had a flat tire after leaving work but live close enough that I got home to assess the damage. I called Carey's Towing and asked about getting it changed at my house. The dispatcher was very short & rude with me, but said they would send my info to their driver then hung up on me. I never heard from anyone after that. Would give 0/10 stars if I could. I understand that everyone has a bad day so the rudeness could be excused. But it was very unprofessional to leave me stranded for no reason.
