My father works at one of the state agencies near the east Frankfort area and his car broke down on Lawrenceburg Road heading toward the 40601 corridor on a cold afternoon. He called me before calling anyone else and I am in Louisville and could not get to Frankfort quickly. Called StarVista Towing on his behalf while he waited in the car. Driver was there in 23 minutes, called me after arriving to confirm he was with my father, described the car situation before doing anything, and made sure my father had a ride sorted before leaving. My father told me afterward the driver was kind and patient throughout the whole process.
