I just wanna say my family got their 04 trail blazer here over 12 years ago and it has been past down to so many people. I drive her now at 250,000 miles and counting! She has been so reliable and good to our family. Anytime she “breaks” it’s always a cheap fix doesn’t stop us from doing what we gotta do! 5 stars great business, people, and vehicles! I recommend you come here if you’re looking for a used car to last you!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Ross auto has always given above excellent service, and has always taken great care of my vehicle. They are very professional, proficient, and get you taken care of in a very well, timely manner! For any big job that can't or shouldn't be tackled at home think of Ross Auto before anyone else! If you don't believe me, then go around get estimates from surrounding repair shops. Bet no one shop can bet Ross Auto on price and delivery or completion like they do with these great people at Ross Auto. (A shop might be able to beat one but I know they can't compete w/ both) Thanks again! You all deserve a raise! Lol

My husband's car was taken there to see about repair, said it couldn't be repaired. Owner offers to sell him a car he guaranteed to run great for a certain price, plus my husband's car he said he'd junk and an old truck we had that he wanted the motor out of. Checked out car, agree. Drive car home, go back out to start it to leave, car will not start!! 1st red flag. Get it to start, take back to garage owner and says it's a sensor, but only going to fix if my husband buys the $202 part...remember this is guaranteed to be a great running car? 2nd red flag. Part is replaced. Go to pick up car, THE CAR WILL NOT START!! Now says a fuse needs replaced, again wants my husband to get this part and tells him maybe he can find it in a junkyard! The guy calls and says he found a fuse that would cost my husband x amt of $ but didn't think he'd want to pay, so he had welded this part and said it should hold. Car is driven home and dies in driveway! Starts up again, but would you trust this "guaranteed to run great" car now?! Oh, and remember my husband's car that couldn't be fixed and the owner wanted to junk? His wife is driving that car after he somehow miraculously figured out how to fix it!! There is no honesty, trust, guarantee, or helping your customer on something you are guaranteed here! I know MY mechanic would have never told me to buy the part for something he guaranteed me! He would have made things right for me cause his word means something.
