Went and got tires balanced. They was able to get me in same day I called, also had best price in all of cynthiana. Once I arrived I was greeted and then they took vehicle and completed work. After completion the owner called me and told me the issue wasn't what I thought it was and offered to fix it. I'm beyond surprised at the kindness and consideration the owner took upon himself to provide. Didn't try to hide anything or try to force unnecessary repairs. Was completely upfront and honest and made sure to let me know what the issue was even after I left. They could have just done the work I requested and left it at that. But they didn't do that. The friendliness of this place and kindness is amazing. Completely blown away by the customer service and honesty. I have multiple vehicles and I will be trying to utilize them for any and every issue I have. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended!!!!

I had never had an accident before! I went on google and done a search for the best Body shop within a 50 mile radius of my home! Cockrell’s was the first on the list! I called him and he had me bring it straight to him and he would give me an estimate. His customer service with me was one unbeatable! He explained the whole process and got me scheduled for a drop off date. I finally got it in to his shop. I can honestly say I was not worried for one second the whole time it was being repaired! When it was done I got a phone call and went directly to get it! Brent had me do a walk around with him and he pointed out exactly ever repair he made and explained why. He then had me drive the car so I could make sure the alignment was to my satisfaction which of course it was. Cockrell’s Auto-body Repair Shop is the absolute best! You can not beat his prices and most definitely can not beat the customer service Gal’s! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! 10 out of 10!

In May of this year my truck was wrecked. I was told that the best place to take it was Cockrell’s Auto Center in Cynthiana, KY. Not only did they go get my truck and transport it to their shop over 2 hours away, but they also dealt with my insurance company for me. Obviously from the pictures it was a huge job. I got my truck back yesterday. To say I’m pleased with the work is an understatement. The quality of their work, communication and office staff are the best. I highly recommend them!
