This place is service sucks I’m not one to write a review ever, but I felt called to write a review because I have come here not once, not twice, but three times to the Dixie Highway location to drop off a muffler that I’ve been trying to get rid of, and there’s never anybody in the office nor nobody to get direction of where to go or what to do so I will not be bringing my muffler here and will be finding somewhere else to do my business

Awful way to run a business! (& I understand Business Operations/ownership) Several times turned away due to scales down, "not enough time ", just not excepting... Our Time & Money IS Just as valuable as the next. I'm pretty forgiving & understanding of unforeseen circumstances BUT the woman that cashes you out!?! There's been Numerous occasions (so not just a bad day, week) & several other customers that this company has lost due to her unprofessional attitude! I personally have $$ she refused to pay due to the attendant taking the wrong name. You Can Keep It & send her to Dale Carnegie class!

Well this place is about as big of a joke as the clowns at the circus, I’ve had a load for idk 2 weeks now just sitting why because there machine that processes steel is down whatever that may mean. But anyways I took 9 skids I know they were number 1 skids and in good shape I got 9 dollars for them. I’ve called them 3 mornings in a row just to see if their machine is up andd running think I have gotten an answer nope not one time this place I wouldn’t even give a star if I didn’t have to
