Really happy with my experience. I always am. One of my best friends used to be a manager at an O'Reilly's in NC. It became a second home for me. Now that I'm in KY I'm no longer hanging out in the parking lot working on my car hanging out with my best friend but I still get excellent service. That part has not changed. I won't shop anywhere else.

I went here last night and I honestly don't think I've ever had a better experience in a store of any kind. Justin (the assistant manager) is an awesome person! I went there thinking that I had a bad battery (hoping that it wasn't the alternator). He checked out my battery and my alternator and both showed good. We are leaving today for a camping trip and I needed to make sure that we didn't get stranded somewhere because the truck wouldn't start. Justin gave me a great deal on a new battery and installed it for me there in the parking lot. The whole time that I was there, we talked like old friends. He is a great dude, and this is a great company. I have preferred O'Reilly over the competition since they first came to the Richmond, KY area, but after my experience last night I will always go to O'Reilly first before I try anywhere else. Thank You Justin for your help and keep doing what you're doing.
