I stopped in at Smokeys to get a few things repaired on my car, I had a feeling I had an issue with my bearings on one of my wheels. But I thought I'd try and start off with the cheapest options first. Which was a tire rotation and spin balance. They informed me and showed me that I had an issue with my bearings before doing those two jobs. They gave me the option to Continue with the job I requested, but informed me it most likely wouldn't fix the issue and would cost me more in the long run. I chose to trust their advice since they showed me the issue and I felt they were correct. They offered to order the parts I needed or allow me to order them. Whichever was cheaper for me. They also suggested I order an extra hub just in case it was in need of replacement they would have it and not need to postpone the job, causing a long wait for my car to be repaired and more money in the long run. I ordered the part I needed and when it came in I called them, they fit me in very quick and were very friendly. They replaced my bearings and didn't need to use the hub. I really appreciated their honestly, I was able to return the hub and get my money back. They also informed me I had a slight shake still due to flat spots in my tires. So I purchased new tires and had Smokeys put them on. Again, they were extremely friendly and accommodating of my schedule. They put my tires on and like they said, it fixed my shake completely, my car feels like it's driving better than when I first bought it. I would definitely recommend going here for your vehicle repair needs. Very fair prices, friendly and willing to work with your budget and schedule. It feels good to find a trustworthy mechanic that I'm able to take my car to.
