One of the cashiers here at the Middlesboro location, Charles, is very unprofessional. After saying no 4 times to brake cleaner as I had already bought some the last time I was there, he made a comment that "50 no's mean yes". As a female this made me very uncomfortable and was not appropriate whatsoever. I would like to speak to the general manager of this location further about my experience but the phone number on the outside of the store that says "General Manager" just calls the store. Also told me that my brakes would be free with the purchase of my rotors but my receipt reflects otherwise? I buy stuff for my cars pretty often and it's safe to say that I will never step back in this store again, and I recommend others to do the same so long as this guy is working there.

Dont make orders here. I can see why this place is always empty. Sold us the wrong parts, admitly claimed we were wrong and the manager yelled at my dad when we called trying to find out the right brake pads. Absolutely rude, low customer service, told us he would hang up because he had in store customers, then tried selling us several other brake pads that would NOT fit once again claiming we were wrong even though we are staring directly at the caliper and old brake pads. Just don't make the mistake of ordering in parts from here.
