The service was fantastic. I was stuck bad in a full size 15 passenger van. Travis arrived got to work quickly showing that he definitely new what he was doing and had me pulled out in minutes. We all know these situations are embarrassing enough and he was so professional and kind he made it feel like he was happy to help rather then just doing his job. Great guy definitely made the bad situation turn into a good laugh.

Our driver Travis was very helpful and very kind with what all he did for us he went out of his way to make sure that we was taken care of to the best of his abilities during this holiday season. I would give more than five stars if I could and I highly recommend Ellis towing for any and all of your towing needs wether it’s the right down the street or a cross the country they are very fair and reasonable on there prices as well and they are very knowledgeable about what they do and how to do it and the most important thing is they are amazing people.

Travis was great he arrived timely and immediately found where the vehicle was parked and did not have to call and ask a lot of questions. He took great care of our vehicle and got it back to the shop without a scratch!
