The team helped me with car lockout situation. I made several attempts with no luck to get the invoice, so that I can submit to my insurance company for reimbursement. They always say, they will send and never bothered to mail me the invoice yet. Good road assistance, but really bad customer service after.

Called 6 times between 8 pm and 8:45pm before someone finally answered, then I was told to "hold on" and they hung up on me. Called back and was told "uuuhhh it'll be 3 or 4 hours. I'll add you to the list." Around 2 am and nobody has showed or called so I decide to call again. Different person answers on the first ring and says there is no record of dispatch ever taking my call and "I'll call you back" with no return call by 4 am.

They will say their going to ve there but never show. When u call they shrug it off like it's your fault. We prioritize police calls sorry. Was very disappointed on what I witnessed a frien go through. My friend also had them on speaker and to hear how rude and uncaring the guy was is just wild. Again I did not get the tow a friend did. I just got to witness the whole ordeal as a third party. As far as the tow when it was finally finished went well. But the punctuality and professionalism was poor.
