Accidentally locked my keys inside my car while traveling for an appointment. I was quite a distance from home, so I called the local fire department and they recommended Totman's. Alyssa is an incredibly capable towing wizard who came when I needed her and made a bad situation so much better. My car was completely stuck in the ditch on a long, narrow, poorly cleared driveway, at night, and she still was able to get my car out by thinking creatively and pulling my car out via hooking onto the tire and using a tree to pull me onto the road from the side. I cannot thank her enough. I had been stuck for hours and someone else had already tried to pull me out to no avail. Alyssa is a magic worker! I am now a lifelong fan of Totman's.
