We were welcomed by Jason & the team on a Friday night after 6PM. I am VERY impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the crew. My car was having trouble on a road trip from Boston to Portland so my friend and I got off the highway in Biddeford and didn’t know what to do so we searched online and Firestone was still open. I felt terrible needing assistance so close to closing, but they were so kind and put us at ease. My friend and I knew the car was in good hands. They quickly assessed my car, plus checked the things I asked about (air filter, oil filter,etc.) The car needed further diagnostics the next day so they scheduled me in for 7AM on their busy Saturday. While we waited for a ride around closing they welcomed us to wait inside and we didn’t feel hurried. The next day, Eric was GREAT with the communication to keep me in the loop what was going on with my car and was needed to get it running smoothly again. If I had to have engine trouble, I’m SO glad I came here. They fixed the issues and I was able to drive 3.5 hours home, no problem. Thank you SO much to the Friday and Saturday crew for making a scary situation into a positive experience.

I couldn't ask for a better experience for getting brakes and tires. Everyone there was so friendly and informative. We were not pushed into anything we didn't need and they did everything they could to make it as affordable as possible. It was also an appointment made same day and was done very quickly for us. Overall it was easy and painless, would highly recommend this shop.

I recently visited for the first time and was immediately impressed by how welcoming and friendly the entire team was. Amanda, in particular, was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They completed my service remarkably quickly—I was in and out before I knew it. What really stood out was their honesty and thoroughness during the inspection. Plus, they offer free complimentary courtesy checks and washer fluid refills, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend them; if I could, I’d give them six stars!
