Great place with very helpful awesome employees. I dealt with LOL. I went on Sunday, and needed windshield wipers … tricky to install. LOL installed for me and could not have been more helpful. I’ll be back. Thank you! Ford dealer was going to charge me $55.00. Got rear blade here for $12.95!!!

Well there was one person in there that was very helpful very kind. I am handicapped and have a hard time getting around. my windshield wiper broke so I had to go in there and get one and I kindly asked if somebody would be able to put them on for me, and well apparently that was upsetting to a member of the team and ended up throwing stuff around and seemed very upset about it. So I apologize if I inconvenienced somebody but if you're having a bad day in customer service you kind of should suck it up especially for somebody That would have trouble doing such a thing. trust me I would rather do it myself but right now I cannot. I do hope the day gets better for that person but to me this is unacceptable. Kudos to the young man who is very helpful to me though I appreciate it thank you.
