Outstanding auto shop. They provided me a quote for 120k mile service on my 2018 Tacoma that was significantly lower than the local dealership, including all OEM fluids & parts. I set up an appointment and they completed the service in a timely manner. If you're looking for quality service at a fair price, I highly recommend you give the folks at New England Imports a call.

I can't leave a BAD review, however, all I asked for was to give the car a once over, ( a 2006 BMW 330i ) I had one specific problem I needed to be checked, and asked them to check the fluids, and how much would that cost? They said $105.00 and I said ok. I dropped it off at 8 am, which is when they open. a few hours later ( like 5 hours ) they said well you owe us $210.00, they did only charge me for the hours they worked on it but, that wasn't the implied agreement. Then they said well we wanna check a few more things, and it will be another hour, and I said yeah ok. So they gave me a printout of error codes (which I asked for) and told me what was wrong, the implied price of $105, became $315, and they didn't actually DO anything, they just said yup, here's whats broke. Now THAT'S fine, thats all i asked for, 3 times the implied price, of course, then they said well we'll send ya an email tellin ya what the repair costs will be. They never did. I emailed them a few days later, never heard back from them. Also a footnote, I dropped it off at 8 am, I live quite a ways away from China, and they called me at 4 and said well ok NOW we're done, but you gotta get your car by 430, or, tough, youll have to get it the next day. They seem to know what they're doing, mechanically, but they are less than upfront about the costs, and, well, frankly they apparently have better things to do than deal with you and your car.

Worked on my Nissan, but were unable to fix the problem. Didn't charge me. Sent me to the dealer, they had the car for a day & a half, replaced a part that didn't fix the problem & wanted to charge me $1150.00. On NEI advice, had the Nissan dealership remove the new part & replace the old, since the change didn't fix the problem, & the dealership still charged me over $600. Back to NEI where I always feel that I'm in good & trustworthy hands.
