Edit: The owner reached out to me and apologized for how things went down. He wasn't around much the last 2 weeks during most of what happened. He wanted to make things right and was very understanding and polite I will probably never bring my car back here unfortunately. I brought my car here because my boyfriend had a good experience and it's literally right next door to my work. Scheduled an appt and paid $1000 before hand trying to be smart and plan ahead. The day came and my car didn't get worked on because "all that went on that morning". No big deal they asked to reschedule and I was fine with it at that point. Second appt came and someone had sent my tires back by accident so they couldn't really do much work on my car that day. So another appt was scheduled and yet again because of another vehicle using some equipment they weren't able to finish the work on my car, which they were able to get my car in the very next day. My car is running great, and they did a great job there. I just feel I was jerked around because I'm conviently next door and had already put $1000 down. Was told by the second appt I would probably get money back and then in the end had to pay another 756.02 just to get my keys back. Which I get an estimate is an estimate but just overall wasn't a good experience for me.
