Bob the employee is not friendly. He does not serve the publics best interests. He yells and talks over residents paying good tax money to the city. Poor public servant.

Staff is always super helpful. The dump is well organized which makes driving thru and dropping items off a breeze.

Always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make it easy to do my spring cleaning. The subscription pass is well worth the meager $20, especially if you know you have a project coming up that will require disposing of a lot of large items. I recently was able to get rid of a huge dresser, some outdated and broken computer equipment, a nasty old air conditioner, and my recyclables. Everything was clearly labeled, and even if it wasn't, the attendant made sure I knew where everything needed to be placed. Best experience I've had to be honest. Not every place is as easy to deal with. Thanks so much for all you do, SWF Staff! You are so very appreciated. :)
