The starter on my truck failed over the weekend and I needed a quick fix to get us back home. Called Monday morning and spoke with Doreen who was super helpful. She was able to get my truck in the shop right away and back on the road in no time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future repair work. Thanks Doreen & Co.!

We are from out of state and developed engine trouble and Wentworth took great care of us which allowed us to continue with our vacation and enjoy the beautiful state of Maine. Thank you some how doesn’t seem to be enough but thank you ?? ☺️❤️

I had a disappointing experience with this garage. I used to go here when it was Hoss's shop and prefer to stay local, but I would not recommend this shop and would caution others to be wary. I stopped in to the shop and asked about having a hitch installed. The person working there told me they were experienced doing that and that she'd find me a hitch and get an estimate. She left a message a couple of days later saying they'd found one. When I stopped in after that she could find no record of it, but thought she had ordered the hitch (I thought we'd agreed that she'd get a price first but chalked it up to misunderstanding). After much searching through paperwork and calling NAPA, she eventually discovered the (already ordered!) hitch.... 6 feet away just inside on the shop floor. She gave me cost of the hitch and an estimate of the install time/cost. It was a pricier hitch than I'd found elsewhere but not enough to cancel everything over. I scheduled an appointment to have it installed. The night before she called to tell me the lifts were full so I'd have to reschedule for a couple days later. I elected to just drop it off and wait. They got it done the next day, ahead of the revised time. When I picked it up, I was told that the time/cost had tripled! I was calm and polite but made clear that this was something they should have called about before proceeding. I've never had a shop go that far over the estimate and not tell me in advance. This was inappropriate. The woman offered to only charge me for the original estimate and I accepted. Then the owner called me and left an unkind voicemail taking offense to me calling the overage with no notice inappropriate. As I said at the time, I don't think this was nefarious, just not how I expect to be treated as a customer. I will now drive out of my way to find another shop.
