I never like to bash local businesses as we always shop and use local services as much as we can, but I feel like I'm obligated to warn others. Our experience here was horrible, we had a Volvo that broke down, this place is right down the road from us and it said "Volvo Specialist" on the building. So we thought it would be perfect! So we had it towed there. They said they couldn't get to it right away which is totally fine. We understood because we dropped it off last minute. Two weeks go by and they barely had even looked it. Eventually he looked at it and "couldn't figure out the problem". I'm assuming they just didn't want to deal with it and just said they didn't know what the issue was to get rid of it asap. But wasted two weeks of our time and $2,000 to rent a car for two weeks. Just tell us you can't do it from the beginning and don't waste people's time and money... We had it towed again to a Volvo dealership (which in retrospect we should have done in the beginning, and that's on us) and they fixed it in one day. I'd personally never go here again, fairly rude and slow.

I recently purchased a Volvo xc60 and I had some issues with the sensors/engine lights coming on and needed a mechanic who worked with Volvos. I found Grondin’s automotive on google. They had great reviews and were close by. I have to say the customer service was fantastic. The owner Greg, was patient and very knowledgeable. He took care of my vehicle got it running, and it was an amazing price. I couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be having my vehicle serviced there again! Thank you, Greg and your team!
