Alan is wonderful ! He has worked on our 2015 Nissan Juke many times as well as other cars in our family. He and his mechanics do a fantastic job. Our Nissan Juke just got in an accident and we trust Alan and his staff to take good care of her. I highly recommend Alan as one of the most trustworthy mechanics .

Continues to say he'll work on my vehicle that has been there for over 4 months. He's checked in and I've checked in many times. There's always he just getting to my vehicle today. Then, the next time we talk he never got to it because he hired someone that never showed up or been so busy. Very disappointed in the terrible lack of services received. Vehicle only needed ac compressor replaced and hasn't been changed though part was ordered came with vehicle when dropped off. Then he claimed he reordered it twice and that it was in but still hasn't given a time and date will work on it. Gave us a time in date over and over in August and September but now has no time and doesn't know when he can work on it. He expresses easy job and could do the job. It sounds like that's not the case since my vehicle has been sitting for over 4 months.... I wouldn't recommend this provider.
