Took me a while to write this because he was very nice and came on his off time so I could come pick up my truck. But nice can't fix what is actually wrong with the truck unfortunately. The person who was working on my truck left his job. I reached out to the dealer I bought the truck from and asked who they use because if they fixed it before I bought it they must be good. When I first called up I was very upfront I either need a ball joint or a right front strut. I told him i don't wanna be screweed over do you actually know what your looking at he ensured me he had been doing this 40 years and he wouldn't let me walk out of there without it being safe. He never brought my truck in to look at it. There was another problem to, the ABS and my four-wheel drive was disabled. He told me that dodge owned all the rights and he couldn't tell what was wrong and I needed to bring it to dodge. After dealing with them it came to be a wheel speed sensor. When I picked up the truck something caught my attention he said "all your lights are off" i should have took that in account he probably just shut them off. But the noise in the front end was gone and I said finally someone to trust. After 2 weeks the noise had been back stronger then ever and I had barely driven it. When I brought it back to him and his crew they they said everything was good but my bushing was dry.......boy were they wrong. ALL along right by where he was my ball joint was bad. But because he never truly looked in the first place he replaced the strut that probably didnt need to be. Now I'm out the money for everything because nothing got fixed. And when I brought it to another garage he was able to plug his machine in and read exactly what was wrong with my ABS system. Im extremely frustrated I spent money on stuff that was fine. And I got lied right to my face when I brought it back so they could right their wrong. They were to worried about my tires (which have been changed) that they didnt fix what was actually wrong. Not saying he's a bad guy but that was money wasted and I still have to fix my truck. ?‍♀️

I found my new mechanic! I went to Troy this morning to get my car inspected after a suggestion from a friend. I always get nervous that I’m going to getting taken advantage of due to being a young female but he was so kind and when he put my car on the lift he talked me through what he was looking and and pointed out things that might need to get fixed in the future to give me a heads up which is very nice. He made the process easy and painless! I will be suggesting him to everyone especially females. Thank you so much!

Best garage I have EVER been to!! Troy is extremely intelligent! He's very fair and will tell you how it is and what needs to be done to make your vehicle SAFE! He's willing to work with you to make sure that you are safe! His garage is TOP NOTCH!!
