Mark, co-owner manager, at Reclaimed on Main St. in Annapolis provided great service upon sale of their Leather Club Chair to me. The store contains many very well made and very unique furniture. I was there on a Saturday evening, greeted by Mark and the wonderful band playing within this eclectic well done showroom. Who ever heard of a mini concert in a store like this?!?! Mark and his staff provided a cool setting with no pressure and time to consider a purchase… The club chair was perfectly comfortable, well made, European leather chair. I envisioned it in my library nook. His team professionally delivered as scheduled. My picture here proves my notion of how perfect the fit would be for chair in this space works beautifully… I highly recommend checking out this showroom experience. Note that he and his wife have a second showroom behind Marketplace, called The Boatyard… the experience and vibe is the same!! Check these two places out!!!!! Tom H I love everything about this chair

We initially went into the shop to listen to the band they had playing for holiday celebration, and stumbled upon this console. We knew immediately it would be perfect under our television! Tracey and Mark were great to work with, as well as their delivery team. I highly recommend them especially if looking for unique furniture/accent pieces.

I was impressed with the quality of the pieces I purchased and I'm happy to finally have it all in my home, but I was really disappointed in the poor communication, enormous lags in delivery time, and shoddy custom work. I expected a lot more from this place. For starters, I spoke with the owner on a somewhat regular basis once we ordered our pieces, and he over-promised and (very literally) under-delivered. Shipments would be skipped, or only one piece of furniture would come on the truck with absolutely no prior communication. I think the owner sent these poor delivery guys all the way up to my place in Rochester 3 or 4 times, each roughly 3 weeks apart. It's one thing to wait on furniture, it's another to be told explicitly that all of it will arrive only to have it trickle in at a snails pace. If the communication was better, I wouldn't be so frustrated and the delivery crews wouldn't have had to travel so far so many times. In regard to the custom work, I asked for some feet to be put on the bar cabinet, some lights to be installed in some cabinets, and they stained and refinished everything so it would all look nice. In that regard they succeeded. I think all of these pieces are beautiful. However, the legs on the cabinet were flimsy, uneven, poorly cut blocks of pine that I secured better than they did. The more disappointing thing was the wine rack. I asked for some cube storage to be put into the green and white cabinet that could fit some wine bottles. What I received was a rack that was poorly spaced with cutouts that couldn't hold more than 4 or 5 bottles (out of ~ 12 spaces) and I tried with the shortest and thinnest bottles I could find. The owner offered to correct this issue when I pointed it out and then just never followed up on it. Honestly with how terrible these deliveries have been, I would rather just attempt it myself. I was looking forward to being a repeat customer because I was so thoroughly impressed with the inventory they had in both stores, but now I certainly won't be back. It's a shame this poor service tarnished my impression of the company, but there you have it.
