Beware!! They will charge you more than they tell you. Called today for a tow. Gave the exact location of pickup and exact location of drop off and told it would be $435. I agreed, the van was dropped off and the driver tells me it’s $450. I ask why??? He says because he went 1 mile over. I called the original person who told me the price of 435..I was told that the driver took an alternate route and it was 61 miles not 60 so it was 450 now. There is no alternate route for this trip. Then I was told it was because it was a work van (it’s a transit connect - smaller than my minivan) yet he knew it was a van because his driver called me letting me know he was the on the way to get the van. Then I was told the $435 was just an estimate not the exact price. VERY SHADY COMPANY..BEWARE!!!!

Today I called Recovery 1 Towing LLC to arrange a tow from my house to the vehicle repair place. The person that answered was very professional and helped me schedule a prompt appointment for the flatbed tow truck as I requested. He even followed up later to make sure the driver had reached out to me. The driver, Milachi, was also outstanding! Soon after making the appointment, he called me ahead with his expected arrival time. He arrived then, just as he promised. Timely! The driver was very kind, careful, and skilled; he spoke politely, clearly, succinctly, comfortingly, completely; and he performed his work cautiously, meticulously, thoroughly, conscientiously, and attentively. I felt fully safe and in good hands throughout the process with him. Milachi is the type of person you hope to get for your tow; so kudos to him and to the company for hiring him. In summary, both the call service/dispatcher and tow truck driver were timely and excellent customer service! I certainly recommend Recovery 1 Towing LLC, and I will use them again.

Recovery Towing was heaven sent. I contacted them to retrieve my keys out of my locked car & to tow my vehicle. Upon calling, they arrived within 20 mins. They was able to get into my car to retrieve my keys and safely tow my vehicle to my preferred location. Very professional and I definitely recommend.
