The auto barn severely damaged my car while towing it and is refusing to speak to me about what they did. Do not trust them. My car was towed by The Auto Barn and I showed up about 30 mins after they towed my car. They’re charged me $330 to retrieve my car. I walked around their entire lot to find my car and couldn’t find it. This is when they told me that while transporting my car to their lot, the driver failed to restrain my car and it fell off the truck while he was turning and smashed into FOUR other cars. My car was towed around 9:30pm. I didn’t not get my car back until after 11:30pm. I was told the driver of the tow truck took pictures of the accident and they would be sent to me (this is yet to happen). I was told to call the next day to discuss what had happen as the manager was “unavailable” at the time of the incident. I called the next day and he had nothing to say besides I need to reach out to their insurance company and file a claim against them. I’ve called back numerous times to get the pictures and have emailed the manager twice. The last time I called I was told no managers were available. At this point I’m being ignored. Do not trust this company with your car. Their insurance company is also sending me straight to voicemail. It’s been two days and I’m still without a drivable car and the auto barn is refusing to cooperate or make things right. Edit: they’ve now changed their story and are claiming a ghost car hit my car while being towed and their insurance is refusing to accept liability. So now I’m screwed. Also I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was out on the road. I called back two minutes later with my insurance agent and was put on the phone with a a manager immediately. So obviously they will lie to you to avoid responsibility. Run away from these people. If they damage your car, record everything. They will change their story to get out of it. Edit: I have my car back from the shop. It was $10,600 to fix my car. Run faaaaaar away from this company.

The most scamming tow company ever. A Door Dasher was dropping off groceries in my complex with her trunk open. Tow truck driver tried to tow her car. He told her she should've been parked another way. How??? People cant drop groceries off without Auto Barn towinf your car. This company is the worst. They towed my car twice from my complex and I had my pass in my window. Today was completely unacceptable. People are trying to make a honest living and your bothering them trying to tow a delivery driver car just dumb. Our complex has cameras soits all on tape.

We use The Auto Barn as a contracted towing company. We had great experience since we started working with them years ago. They have always been professional and corteous, even incurring the cost of tagging, hours before towing. I would recommend The Auto Barn to HOAs and alike.
