I've taken several cars here in the past and the service and quality of work was excellent. The owner has left and it's completely gone downhill. Service was pretty awful and the quality or work on my 2018 was well below par. I was rear ended and the other party's insurance paid around $1200, which went to this place. Paint didn't match, panel gaps were not fixed, parts were not installed. some items that were on the quote to be installed never were. All they care about is money. As soon as I walked in they wanted their money. I absolutely will never go back.

They were amazing. I needed my truck moved to Rapid Auto and they were there in no time and had it taken away. Also their rates won't break the bank. I definitely recommend this company if you're ever in need.

One of our tires punctured on the highway. We were on a vacation. So unfamiliar area. We had my 86 year old mother in the car. It was a hot sunny day so we were concerned about mom's well being. It was also Saturday, so service wasn't easy to come by. AAA was busy and didn't show up. Long wait times. I called the local AAA certified mechanic, and he referred us to Steve at Action Towing. Steve was responsive, kind, and considerate. He jumped into action. Drove out 40 odd minutes to our location, and towed us another 30 minutes to the only tire shop in the area that was open at the time. Friendly, efficient service. Reasonable charge. We were thankful and grateful. Thanks Steve ??.
