Charged us $967 to replace 3 wheel seals on my trailer. Forgot to put the drum back on one wheel. Then tried to take the wheels back off without putting a jack under the axle. I don't know if they damaged anything yet. I will not be coming back to this place again

I had a very disappointing experience with this truck repair shop. My truck was towed to this location, so I had no other options, and I was also under pressure to deliver a load. The shop misdiagnosed the problem and charged me for repairs that did not fix the issue. After paying a significant amount of money, the original problem was still there, and I later learned the real issue was something else. Because of the incorrect diagnosis, I lost time and money and was put in a very difficult situation with my delivery. I would not recommend this shop and strongly advise other drivers to get a second opinion if possible before authorizing repairs.
