Would give 0 stars if possible. Predatory towing practices as other reviews have mentioned. Seems like they engage in spot towing (patrolling and towing without being called by property owner/management) which is supposed to be illegal. Typically doing so very late at night in this apartment complex. Also, they must have entered my car and removed the parking hang tag I had on my rear view mirror as it was gone and nowhere to be found in my car when I retrieved it. No one I interacted with there was rude, but they definitely lack accountability (as majority of tow companies do since they’re barely above criminal enterprise).

I interrupted my vehicle being towed and the tow company driver was more than unethical. I was completely willing and ABLE to pay the drop fee. Instead the driver tried to charge me nearly $400 to drop the car but would accept CASH ONLY… I believe the driver was potentially trying to pocket extra money because I confirmed the drop fee was not 350 as I was quoted and I was told he could call a card in. I literally had to drive down to the tow yard right after and pay more than double the drop fee because I wouldn’t go along with a scam. Update* they state they have video of the interaction but would not supply video outside of court… if their driver didn’t try to pocket money why not provide me with a copy of the video? They’re counting on people not having the resources or time to fight back. I believe they’re all in on these potential scams together

This towing company wrongfully removed my vehicle from my assigned parking spot without any verification. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Greg, was extremely rude and unprofessional. During our conversation, the call was suddenly disconnected, and when I called back, he was conveniently “unavailable.” There was absolutely no accountability, no proper communication, and no effort to correct their mistake. This company operates with zero integrity — completely untrustworthy, disrespectful, and careless. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this company
