My fiancé and I had a horrible first experience with this company. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication. After our vehicle was towed by their company (to go to Subaru for a recall), it ended up with a bent control arm and a crooked steering wheel. When I tried to get answers, I made multiple calls, left messages, and was even promised call-backs — but received nothing. Nearly three weeks went by with zero responses. When I finally did get a response, the owner acted like he had no idea what the situation was, even though the car had been in his shop. They also claimed they didn’t pull the vehicle from the rear, but the damage speaks otherwise. After looking through their reviews, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time thing — it seems Jason has made it normal to not respond to customers. The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. Being ignored and strung along while dealing with damage to our car was beyond frustrating. Because of this, I would never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Towed my brand-new 2025 Jeep Wagoneer less than 500 yards and caused massive damage inside and out. A simple tow turned into thousands in repairs. Completely careless — never again. Crushed the front fender, Took a screwdriver to an access panel on the interior, Busted the windshield, Ripped a panel off the top of the vehicle, And bent the door frame. Wow

Sedrick was outstanding, very polite and respectful he picked up my 2014 Kia Sportage from my home and kept me updated how far away he was from the house and then after he dropped it off he updated that it got there safely would definitely recommend not only them but Sedrick please contact them for all your car towing needs .
