!!! WARNING – STAY AWAY !!! Terrible pricing. Terrible customer service. Terrible overall experience. This is by far one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Two days ago, I brought my car in for a wheel alignment. I was told to leave the vehicle and that I would receive a call later that day. I never received a call. When I returned to ask about my car, the front desk staff (I believe their names were Erica and Lisa) were very rude and dismissive. I was told, “We were going to call you. Your car isn’t ready. There was no need for you to come.” The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. At the end of the day, I was informed that the alignment had not even been performed, yet I was still charged $120. I was told they had inspected the vehicle and found other issues. When I asked for pricing details, they were unable to provide a clear estimate and vaguely stated it could be “around $2,000.” This is not professional. A company in this industry should be able to provide at least a reasonable estimate. I requested a detailed written estimate and was told it would be emailed to me. The next day, I received nothing. When I called again, I was told someone would follow up. Later that evening, a gentleman called and started discussing hybrid system or electrical connection issues — which have absolutely nothing to do with my original concern. My issue was strictly related to the front suspension/alignment. It felt like they were trying to justify the charge with unrelated explanations. I still never received the promised email. Charging $120 without performing the requested service — and not even sending a follow-up estimate — is unacceptable. I will never return and would not recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

This review is long overdue. In August, on my way from NJ to camp in Assateague my clutch gave out on my 2009 Honda Fit. After some failed attempts to find a mechanic who could take care of me timely, I found Racetrack. AAA towed my car from my campsite (I made it to my campsite but that was the last my clutch would engage…), Racetrack took care of me in time to finish my vacation and leave for home. They were professional and fair with the price, which being far from home was greatly appreciated. Thank you to the people at Racetrack for giving me the freedom of mind to enjoy me week in Assateague!!!
