I am so grateful for their service. I have an EV car and my battery completely died. The first company that I called didn’t know what they were doing and left me there freezing. The driver from Black Mamba was so efficient and actually cared about my situation. After he got me to the charging station he stayed a little longer to make sure I was ok. I will keep their information just in case I’m ever in a jam again. Absolutely recommend them.

At 2:40am my boyfriend and I hit a deer and absolutely COOKED the car. After OnStar cancelling our towing services, twice, Black Mamba was the first place we called. Faster than we even knew, they grabbed our vehicle and got it home quicker than any other service. They were swift, communicative, and so kind in our moment of need. They continued to message, and call, us throughout the process and made sure we had anything we could need. If you need to get towed, it already sucks, but this company makes it that much better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This man totally went out of his way to help my brother and I today! He was off of work and because we were wrecked on the side of 95 he took the call and still came out of his way and towed my brother's car. Not only was he fast and efficient he kept you updated on everything that was going on sent pictures of everything and I can't say enough how much I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone needing roadside help.
