I recently had a timing belt changed out and the vehicle and customer service were both great! The front desk was very respectful on the phone and in person, answering all my questions and never making me feel like I was asking too many. They worked with me on drop off and pick-up times, and make it easy to work around my working schedule. The service was excellent, no messes in the car or outside of the car. No bad smells, and the car is running great! I asked to see the old belt and they cleaned it off and had it ready for me in the car as requested, not chopped all up and fully in tact. This helps me understand a little more about my engine, and car. They email you a receipt and made payment as well as pick-up a hastle free process. Overall, I like this Firestone location and would recommend it to others. The people are courtious, trustworthy, and tallented.

Avoid this shop at all costs. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and coolant service—they took my money but never completed the service. Now my car is overheating. This place is completely untrustworthy. If you’ve had your vehicle serviced here, I recommend contacting their corporate office immediately.

Hello. Been using this Firestone since 2005. Always polite and professional. Work is always done correctly. This visit was to replace a tire and they got my son and I out quickly. I believe Kayla was the mechanic and she did a great job. The service person at the desk, forgot his name, was friendly and very professional. Treated all customers with respect and patience.
