I stopped in the store about a half hour before they closed, because a brake light had gone out on my 1973 Volkswagen beetle. I was a little dubious that they would even have the part. I was greeted by Chris, one of the store managers, who assisted me immediately (along with another associate) Both were super helpful. Old Volkswagens are quirky to say the least, especially their electrical systems- so after about a half hour, Chris had the bulb situation figured out, and I was on my way down the road with working brake lights! I didn’t realize that they were closing, because he never made me feel rushed, he just assured me that we would get the problem figured out and then I would be safely on my way… and that’s exactly what happened- and I got a lesson on reverse polarity! There are lots of auto parts stores out there, and honestly- their prices are pretty comparable. It’s service like this that helps you make a decision of where to get your auto parts from! The staff at this store went above and beyond, and they will now get all of my business! Thanks Chris and staff!
