Got there at 8:20am the day after Christmas. Was out by 9am. Tammy & Sabrina were super nice!!! Experience was easy peasy. Showed up with my ID & insurance card and everything went smooth. the big guy that drove me out to the lot was nice. He even helped boost me up into the big van that we drove out there in (I got short legs lol).

This was not the best experience dealing with the difficult process of recovering our church van. After several visits to the impound (5 times to be specific) our van is still not released to the insurance company. I really don’t understand why they not let me know from the very beginning all the necessary documentation for it. Some of the staff are very kind and patience. It looks like we are in a 3rd world country… the process is very slow and inefficient but they do their best to keep the people safe… at least.

So. Yeah, no one LIKES going to impound lots. No one is going here because they want to. But when my car was stolen, everyone who worked here was very, very kind and empathetic. Just make sure you're on top of your documents and everything will go smoothly.
