I had some major work done at this business. The timing belt and water pump didn't last 2 years. I had to also replace the valve cover gaskets again at the same rate. When I called to ask about the warranty for parts, they said 12 months, 12,000 miles. No way these parts should be going bad again in that short amount of time. I had to pay to have the work done all over again at another shop and it was not cheap. Definitely would not come back here again.

My mom had experienced constant issues with her vehicle which forced her to frequently return to the dealership. There was either a new problem or the same issue that recurred every other week creating a high degree of frustration as none of the problems were repaired. For example, the interior lights failed to illuminate, and the dealership service department insisted on a diagnostic check - just to change a fuse or a bulb? And she was left to change her own windshield wipers! We found JDS Automotive Center, described the issues to Steve and her vehicle received all repairs in less than a day. The interior light bulbs were replaced, the climate control was repaired, providing her with air conditioning, (and there were no wiring issues, as claimed by the dealership service department), and a coil pack/spark plug was replaced. Additionally, through a courtesy inspection, JDS discovered that one of her tires had two nails, which Steve plugged, that were missed by the dealership service department. JDS completely rectified the situation by repairing all of the issues that the dealership service department had either neglected or missed. It was evident we'd paid for dealership lip service while JDS delivered desired results through QUALITY service. Furthermore, Steve provided an education, explaining what the part was, described how it worked and why it needed replacement. My mom left the shop dancing and jumping with joy, grateful for the excellent service! JDS Automotive Center does amazing work, and this has earned Steve a life-long customer! Don't waste your time and money elsewhere- take it to JDS Automotive Center!

JDS Automotive provided phenomenal service. I had a number of repairs done to my car at once. The customer service provided by the staff was top notch. They did a great job providing updates and keeping me informed of the status. My vehicle was actually ready earlier than anticipated and my cost was much lower than what the competition wanted to charge me. I would definitely recommend JDS Automotive to anyone.
