I want to give a huge shout out to Mr. ward for the tow, I was stranded on the side of the road with a car I had just purchased 3 days ago and I had no idea what had happened when I was at a light the check engine light came on and it lost power so I made it safe on the side of the road and Mr. Ward came from out of nowhere and asked me if I needed help, and I took the help and he loaded my car up really quick, if you guys are in the area and need a tow don’t hesitate to reach out! Great customer service and genuine person!

I had a great experience with this tow truck service. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced at what he does. He took the time to assess the situation carefully and actually helped save me money instead of just rushing to tow the vehicle. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. My engine stalled on me 3 times on 495 on my way home after a 12 hour shift. I managed to get my vehicle over to the side between 2 exits, but it was not safe. While on the phone with AAA, Bob stopped behind me to check on me. I have free towing with AAA, but chose to have Bob tow my vehicle and try for reimbursement for several reasons. I truly appreciate Bob’s empathy, professionalism and rates. Thank you for staying with me to make sure I was safe even though you did not know if you would get my business. We need more people in this world like Bob Ward.
