We went off the road and we're stuck over a ravine on a cold snowly night in Vermont and Mike and Jay came to our rescue. They were so good at their jobs, put us at ease and got us out of danger in just minutes. They even made sure we got to our final destination! What an incredible team!

The worst Customer Service ever, They took the key to my car off the ring, and then said they didn’t have the key to my car when I personally handed it to the police! Montgomery county police should not use them and either should you!

This is the absolute worst company I've ever had to work with. Don't ever use this company. They destroyed the transmission in my truck. And then admitted to doing it and still will not pay for it. I'm having to take them to court, so they will pay for the damages. They have done absolutely everything they can to get out of it even with me having video and all kinds of other proof. I have an all wheel drive acura.rdx you cannot drag an old wheel drive vehicle without damaging the transmission when I called them. They admitted to dragging my truck because I couldn't get to it where it was at instead of using dollies. Extremely terrible customer service on the phone, extremely extremely unprofessional company. I hope nobody ever ever ever ever uses them again if you do it's at your own risk, because they're not going to fix anything they break. Will see them in court
