This team's customer service is exceptional, would recommend on this alone ! Had the pleasure of working with Scott after calling a number of other shops that couldn't help us. Was looking for support in conducting a pre-purchase inspection as an out of state buyer. Scott went above and beyond to support this for us. Scott met with the buyer, conducted a video call with us to show us what he saw, and was thorough in his inspection of the vehicle giving us the confidence we needed to buy it. Scott was kind and compassionate with the buyer who is an older widow. She was so happy with his support and kindness, as she shared with me after the visit. This team went above and beyond to help us. I can't recommend this team enough. Customer service is in short supply in our modern world and you can find it in volumes at Keplinger's !

​I was traveling cross-country when it came time for my regular oil change. I usually avoid the quick-lube places because I travel a lot and need a thorough check, and this shop delivered exactly that. ​They got me in same day, the shop was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The young technician who serviced my van was very polite. I watched him work—he was clearly not rushing. He took his time lifting the van, checked all the vital things, added air to the tires, and topped off all my fluids. I was particularly impressed that he checked my brakes and even found and replaced a missing pin from my heat shield. ​Thanks to their care, I feel completely safe continuing my 8-month trip across the US. If I lived in this area, they would be my go-to auto shop without question!

I got a Maryland Inspection at this shop. It was my first trip to Keplinger's. This was the CLEANEST most organized shop I've ever seen in my entire life. It was other worldly, seriously. When the office and garage look this good you know they've hired good people. I bet you can open ANY drawer in the office or garage and find all the contents organized. Real treat seeing this place. Hats off to the owners.
