EAC is a family owned business - their reputation is based on customer satisfaction. That said they have been very good to my vehicle, helping with maintenance and answering questions. Their rates are very reasonable and I've had good turnaround time on my vehicle repairs. It appears they specialize in Mercedes from old to new, very much like the dealership but with better customer care. Want to buy a Mercedes - have them check it out ?
