What a terrible experience I had. I pre-ordered tires, which were supposed to be a matching set to my original tires on my truck when I brought it in. When my order arrived only three tires for my truck arrived for my previous appointment set for Wednesday afternoon, so a fourth tire had to be ordered and my appointment postponed till Friday. The business contacted me and told me they had all four tires Thursday, and I kept my appointment for Friday at four. Upon my arrival, they took my truck Around while I waited in the waiting room. While in the waiting room, I heard someone hammering on something, but did not think my vehicle was involved. I went to the counter to request white letters, be placed on the outside when the tires are installed, and was informed the tires do not have white letters. They said they were no longer available. I stated well if they are already on the truck, what choice do I have now. You’ve already removed my old tires. When the change over to the new tires was completed, they brought my truck around front and told me it was finished. I paid the remainder that was needed to complete my purchase, which added up to $1800 for four new tires and install. As I went out to my truck, I did an all-around vehicle inspection to make sure everything was good, and it wasn’t. There were lug, nuts missing the chrome outer shell, and two of the Lugnuts were dimpled in on the ends and looked like they had been hit with a hammer. I went back inside to tell the business that I’m not leaving until my truck is fixed, I did not bring it to this business in this condition, I want my Lugnuts replaced. My Lugnuts were chrome, the ones on my vehicle did not match the rest of the lug nuts on my truck. I was told they do not have replacement lug nuts on site, they will order new lug nuts, and I will have to return to have them installed. Over the weekend, I decided to remove the Lugnuts and replace them myself with new lug nuts, as I have no confidence in the mechanic who performed the work on my truck. Two out of five lug nuts were cross, threaded on the stud, and the studs need to be replaced. And due to the markings and dimples, and separation of my original lug nuts, five out of five need to be replaced on one wheel. I contacted the manager a little while ago, he seemed like he wanted to work with me on replacing the lug nuts, but I told him due to the Lack of experience, and the carelessness of their mechanic, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for them to make any corrections whatsoever. I will perform this work myself, I will not be dealing with this business ever again. This is my own experience, and do not ask anyone to make judgment on my behalf. Just informing you before you take your vehicles to be worked on buy this business. Good luck!

Super easy to deal with. They got me in next day for an install and knocked it out in one hour. Couple of chairs inside to wait, or a bunch of nearby stores to kill time. Will be back for any 4x4 purchase or install needs.

The people at the desk are great! From there it goes downhill. I stopped in got pricing set an appointment, was asked to put money down. Moving forward for various reasons I had to do the work myself. I went in to get my money back and they said there was no refund only a store credit. I explained to them I've spent thousands in the past at that location, different ownership I believe. Obviously that means nothing. This might be the first and only negative review I have left in my lifetime. I have emailed the owner multiple times with no response, now we're going another route. So disappointing:( There sure are a lot of one star ratings... Wonder why?
