My wife’s SUV needed a battery. It’s dark and bitter cold. We get her vehicle jump started and take it to Auto Zone on Ritchie Highway. Fortunately we met “Kenny” who was working behind the counter at the time. He took charge and not only had the right battery at the right price, but he went out and installed it! Installing this battery wasn’t easy as it was tucked near the firewall under layers of molded hard plastic. Auto Zone is very fortunate to have an employee like Kenny who goes the extra mile when most others wouldn’t. He turned a tough situation around. Thank you Kenny.

I received a warning ticket for rear light out and decided to stop at this location for assistance. Darius was more than willing to help me and replaced my bulb with a huge smile. He took care of the issue in less than 10 minutes with great knowledge and professionalism. I hope that his management team within the building and higher up sees this review and treats him to a fabulous meal. He is one of the kindest young men that I've ever met.
