These guys did some work for me about a year ago and I should have left a review then because my experience was just as good. But recently they did a clutch and flywheel in my old, rusted Toyota Tacoma. The truck can be a nightmare to work on because of the rust, but they got it done. And they barely charged me for what was certainly a whole lot more work than anticipated. And they got it done fast. The price was very fair. This is the second time they’ve done some work for me that they’ve gone above and beyond just in the interest of doing good business and making a customer happy. Androw even called me after I left to explain how I can diagnose a completely different issue that the truck was having. I’ve lived all up and down the east coast and I’ve gone to a lot of different shops. I know how hard it can be to find a good, honest and fair mechanic. Horizontal motors is top tier in all of those categories. This is the type of place and people that deserve to be successful. Take your vehicles there, you will be glad you did.

Was referred to this shop after searching around and being denied from numerous other shops who refused to work on my car after a collision. As soon as I called Horizontal Motors, without hesitation they told me they would be glad to help, and exactly how they would go about fixing the problem. Every employee I spoke to was professional and completely transparent every step of the way. I even ended up spending less than I expected! The price was more than fair, especially because they are the only shop around that will do specialty collision and electrical work. I can not recommend Horizontal Motors enough! I will be going to them from now on for all the work I can not do myself.

When it comes to cars I'm not a mechanical person at all. Yesterday my car had some acceleration issues and I was unable to drive when going up the hill. I was referred to horizontal motors by a coworker. She went to several places spending thousands of dollars. But This was the only shop that was able to fix her vehicle. I live very close to this location so I gave it a try. The staff were polite, respectful, honest and helpful. In past experiences dealerships/mechanics usually tried and get over on woman, but not here. The staff take a lot of pride in their work and their customer service. They are honest, respectful and dependable. I dropped my car off around 4pm. Once they did the diagnostic I was informed that my car acceleration issue could possibly be from the rusted transmission fluid line that was leaking fluid. However, transmission replacement wasn’t ruled out yet. I was told that they would replace the transmission fluid line first, just to see if that was actually the problem. It was a little late in the evening, so that means the part was expected to be shipped the next morning. They said that they would call me tomorrow. Thank god, I received a phone call right before the shop closed, they had repaired my car. They stated they that there was no need to replace the transmission, because that wasn’t the issue. It was the transmission line that was causing the issue. Luckily the part was delivered earlier than expected. ? After my vehicle was serviced I test drove it, and it accelerated fine.
