I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire in White Marsh, especially thanks to Stephane. From start to finish, service was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done and then followed up a couple days later to make sure all was well. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and trustworthy. Stephane truly went above and beyond, and so I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Do not take your car here if you don't want to get scammed. I brought my SUV in for an alignment issue and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I called the same day and was given an appointment for 11:30 AM. When I arrived, I told them I had an appointment, the guy took my keys, and I sat there waiting. And waiting. And waiting. It took over two hours just for them to tell me what was "wrong" and how much it would cost. When he finally came back, I was told it would be around $850. I was already annoyed, but since I don't have much car experience, I agreed to let them do the work. About an hour later, he comes back and says because my car is four-wheel drive, it's another $80. Fine. Whatever. Then I waited another two hours for them to supposedly complete the work. After I paid and left, I immediately noticed my steering wheel was still not straight. The next day I called and told them about it, and they told me to bring it back. I did. This time they only worked on it for about 30 minutes. The tech handed me my keys, and I asked, "Everything good now?" He said yes. As soon as I got on the road, I could tell nothing had changed. The steering was still off, and on top of that, my car smelled like cigarettes. I don't smoke, and no one should be smoking in my car. I had to drive to White Marsh, and when I was leaving, my front passenger side started making noise like something was loose and about to fall off. Then I noticed my RPM and MPH weren't lining up properly, making it unsafe to drive at normal speeds. I was forced to drive slowly just to avoid causing an accident. Eventually, I had to get my car towed. Because of their incompetence, I had my car taken to a dealership where I could at least trust the work being done. Now I'm facing potentially thousands more in repairs for problems they either caused or failed to catch. At this point, I'm even considering getting a new car because of how badly this was handled. This place is unprofessional, careless, and feels extremely scummy. Between the long waits, changing prices, poor workmanship, damage to my vehicle, and the lack of accountability, this was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Do not take your car here.

I was quoted three different prices for the same oil change, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Before arriving, I spoke directly with the manager over the phone to confirm the exact price for an oil change on my vehicle, and I specifically asked whether that price applied to my car. I was assured that it did. However, after I arrived and handed over my keys, I was quoted a higher price for the oil change. I assumed there may have been an issue and proceeded anyway. At checkout, I was then given a third, even higher price for the same oil change. When I questioned why the price had changed again and explained that this was the third increase, neither employee at the counter could provide an explanation. When I asked to see my receipt, they were reluctant to give it to me. After I paid, one of the employees stated, “Okay, let me give you your real receipt.” Upon reviewing the receipt later, I noticed an additional charge that was not part of the oil change. Earlier, I had asked how much it would cost to top off my brake fluid. The employee responded, “I’ll see what I can do,” but never provided a price quote. At checkout, I was told they did not have any brake fluid available, meaning no additional service was performed. This raises serious concern as to why there is an extra charge on my receipt for something unrelated to the oil change and not completed. When I attempted to call the establishment for clarification, they answered the phone and then hung up. While the staff was polite over the phone initially, their attitude changed once I arrived in person—they were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to answer basic questions. Due to this experience, neither I nor my family will return. In addition they made it seem as if they were going to change me for a tire rotation when it says on the website that this is included free of change with oil changes.
