Customer service at the transfer station facility is always pleasant. As a building contractor, I use a handful of transfer stations. I prefer Hillsdale and will drive there even if it isn’t the closest. Rates are in line with other companies. Especially when compared to roll off containers. Residential service issues should not be posted to reflect the services at the transfer station. Tom Case

Transferred service from Indiana to Michigan because we thought it would be easy to keep the same company. Then they overcharged us for service and repeatedly called saying they didn’t have payment. Had to send credit card statement showing their charges so they could find them in their own system. Canceled service after that because of the hassle AND they are more expensive than other service in Michigan. Have been told two different dates that they will pick up the bin. Three weeks later, they still haven’t picked it up and just keep saying next week. **Update: it has now been been over a month since we stopped service and they still have not picked up our bin!
