my visit here was ok for the most part i picked up a load of scrap but when i arrived at the consignee they rejected the load because it wasn’t what they had ordered so i had to return it to cw metals they unloaded me but still lefts bits of metal pieces in my trailer i asked if they had a sweep out station and i didnt get a clear answer so i decided to sweep it by the docks back wall since it was already dirty and trucks wouldn’t run the risk of puncturing their tires someone who i assume is the manager then proceeds to tell my trailer has already been swept and that im good to go i then tell him im picking up a food service load and they dont alow any sort of metal bits in the trailer he then ask why im sweeping by the dock as if it was the cleanest dock in the world i then say is there a specific place you want me to sweep after that he just walks away waving me off and shaking his head

*update. How would you even know who it was who dropped it off in tge first place? Without an ID for all you know I gave you a fake name instead of making people lives more difficult try using commen sense for once plz. Thanks have a nice day I brought scrap in just plain old scrap iron, and but I did not have an I d told me I had to come back with an I d well, it was the end of the day.So came back next week.Well, I sent someone that has an I d back there.And he bikes all the way there, and they still won't pay me.Because now they say I need to be there.It's like, what is the purpose of being difficult for no reason.You know that it's going to meet you know that I just sent him there to get paid.Like it just makes no sense.The lady at the front desk needs to get either fired or something needs to happen.Because this is just getting ridiculous.I've wasted so much time and money trying to get paid by these people.And they're still not paying me like, what is going on

CV Metals has extremely great service and fair prices! It's so great to have the option to recycle unwanted metals so they don't go to the landfill. The drivers were super fast and collecting my cans. The scale operator was super kind and efficient. Lastly the office workers were super quick and kind. She even came to the front to show me how to withdraw my cash. I'll be back when I have more cans!
