I attempted to receive service from this company though AAA and was told they'd charge me $80 for a battery jump, covered service under AAA. AAA confirmed that no money should ever be exchanged for a battery jump and not to pay them. I told the driver to send someone else, and they did not communicate to AAA they were not taking the call. If you have AAA and get this company, do not pay them a dime! They are attempting to extort money from you when they do this. I contacted the company directly to address the issue, was hung up on by the owner, and he refused to answer calls from me to continue to discuss the problem, like a man. Horrible service, uncaring, and unable to take ownership for their own negligence.

A&A helped us out if a big jam. Staff was very kind, friendly, and extremely flexible with us. Price was very reasonable, especially in comparison to other towing companies in the same location. Thank you, A&A!

Exceptionally friendly yes! Overpriced though if you ask me. Got charged 2 day impound when not even there 2 days. Didn’t argue, but for maybe a 8 mile tow if that, and barely a 36 hour stay over $600 a bit extensive.
